law firm website development

Law firm website developmentis the work that happensafter the design is approved

Law firm website development is where a design either becomes a fast, reliable site or a slow one that quietly loses callers. Every page we build is hand-coded, served from Cloudflare's global network, and wired into the intake tool the firm already uses, so nothing about the build is left to a page builder's default settings.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Who this is for

Is this the right page for your firm?

This is for firms that care what is under the hood: why the current site is slow, why the forms fail silently, why every update breaks something. It explains how we build and what that means for speed, security and intake.

Hand-built pages instead of a page-builder stack

Many law firm sites run on a page-builder plugin stack that accumulates weight with every update: extra scripts, tracking tags, and plugins nobody remembers installing. We build every page as static output with almost no JavaScript, so there is nothing to accumulate. The page a visitor loads on day one thousand is exactly as fast as the page they loaded on launch day, because there is no plugin stack to slow it down.

Where the site actually lives

Development includes hosting on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, included in the monthly fee rather than billed as a separate line item. There is no hosting bill, no SSL certificate to renew, and no bandwidth overage even in a month when a page goes unexpectedly popular. This is part of development, not an add-on decided later.

Connecting the site to how the firm actually works

A consultation request or a fee estimate is only useful if it reaches someone. Development includes wiring every form and estimator into the firm's intake CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with the practice area and matter type attached to each submission, so the person who answers already has context before they call back.

Testing before anything goes live

Before launch, every page is checked against the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee on both mobile and desktop, every form is tested end to end, and every link is verified. You review the built site before it goes live and before the build fee is invoiced, so approval happens on a finished, working site, not a mockup.

Included

What is included

  • The site itself. Home, one page per practice area, attorney bios with admissions, office pages, about, contact and a consultation request form, all custom coded and written for your firm.
  • Fee and retainer estimator. An illustrative figure for a flat-fee matter, an hourly engagement at your published rate, or a retainer arrangement. Labeled as not a quote and not legal advice.
  • A free domain, in your name. One domain free for as long as the plan is active, registered in your firm's name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship. Already have one? We point it instead. Either way it stays yours.
  • Hosting, never an extra. Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, included in the monthly fee. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no bandwidth overage.
  • Intake CRM connection. Consultation requests and fee estimates delivered into any CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with practice area and matter type attached.
  • A client portal, from day one. An account the day the site goes live. Request revisions, raise support tickets, send files and message the team. 5 revisions a month, each completed in 2 to 5 working days.

Not included

What is not included

  • Legal advice or legal review of your content. We are a website company, not a law firm; the firm approves what it publishes.
  • Case results, testimonials or ratings we have not been given. We never write or invent them.
  • Paid advertising management. We make the landing pages fast and relevant; running the ads is not part of the plans.
  • AI usage and carrier fees on Chambers, which are passed through at cost, billed monthly in arrears.
  • Revisions beyond 5 a month, which are a flat $20 each. Weekly detail updates never count against them.
  • A page builder or admin login for the firm. Changes are requested, not edited.

In the firm's words

What firms say about their law firm website development

  • The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. The form gathers consultation topic, general location and safe contact preference at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

  • Before this, sending our consultation preparation form felt like mailing a letter into the dark. Now the sender gets a summary, the next step in plain language, and a way to correct mistakes. It sounds minor until you add up the reassurance calls it has replaced.

Questions about law firm website development

What does law firm website development actually involve, beyond the design?

Coding every page, connecting forms and estimators to your intake CRM, configuring hosting and SSL, and testing speed and functionality before launch. Design decides how it looks; development decides whether it works.

Is the site built on a page builder or a content management system?

No. Pages are hand-coded and served as static output, which is what makes the speed guarantee possible. There is no admin dashboard to log into or plugin stack to maintain.

How do consultation requests reach the firm?

Every form submission and fee estimate is delivered into your existing intake CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with the practice area attached, the moment it is sent.

What happens if the site is slow after launch?

That should not happen given how the site is built, but if a page we built falls below the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee, we fix it at no charge as part of the plan.

Can development include a client portal?

Yes. Every client gets a portal account the day the site goes live, used to request revisions, raise support tickets and send files without emailing anyone.

Does the site need a database?

No. Pages are static, which removes the database and the admin login, two common points of attack. Form submissions go straight to your intake CRM.

How does page speed affect our Google Ads?

Google Ads Help says ad quality includes the landing page experience and that higher quality ads typically cost less per click. A fast, relevant page can help lower costs and keeps more paid visitors, though no one can promise a specific figure.

Can you integrate with our practice management software?

If it accepts leads by API, Zapier or Make, yes. Tell us what you use on the onboarding call and we confirm the route.
