What does not change
The terms are thesame at any price
- The site is not published until the firm has approved it, and the discounted months start from the first payment, taken when you order, not from launch.
- Thirty days notice, no minimum term, no early exit fee. The domain is registered in the firm name.
- Nothing is bundled in quietly. Hosting, SSL, bandwidth and the domain are inside the monthly fee, as they always are.

Callers now arrive already knowing what a consultation costs and which of us handles their matter. The first call is shorter and far more useful.

Seven questions about the Black Friday offer
What is the Black Friday offer, exactly?
Two things at once. The $797 one-time build fee is waived, and the monthly fee is cut by 30 percent for the first 3 months. On Counsel that means $96 a month instead of $137 until the 3 months are up, then the normal $137.
When exactly does it run?
Orders placed from 24 November 2026 up to and including 30 November 2026 qualify. That window covers Black Friday itself and the Monday after it. An order placed outside the window gets the standing offer instead, which is the waived build fee on its own.
Does the discount apply forever?
No, and we would rather say so here than in a footnote. It applies to the first 3 monthly invoices. From the fourth month the plan returns to its normal price, which is $137, $297 or $747 depending on the plan.
What do I actually save?
Between $920 and $1,469 depending on the plan: the $797 build fee, plus 30 percent of 3 monthly payments. The figures on this page are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Can I hold the price and start in January?
Yes. The order has to be placed inside the window, and the first discounted month is paid by card when you order, but the onboarding call and the build can be scheduled for whenever suits the firm. Plenty of firms order in November and start the build after the holidays.
Is the work different at a discount?
No. Same pages, same writing, same 5 revisions a month, same 90+ PageSpeed guarantee in writing. The discount comes out of what we make in the first 3 months, not out of what you get.
What if I miss it?
The build fee waiver runs outside the Black Friday window too, so the $797 saving is still there. The monthly discount is the part that closes on 30 November 2026.
