law firm website templates

Law firm websitetemplates are a startingpoint, not the finished site

Law firm website templates show a design direction, a palette and a way of organizing the pages a firm needs, but every element is rebuilt around your actual practice areas, attorneys and offices before it goes live. A template picks the look; the onboarding call decides the content.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch

  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Who this is for

Is this the right page for your firm?

This is for attorneys who would rather react to a real starting point than describe a design from scratch, and who want to know how much a template limits them. The short answer: it sets the look, not the words or the pages.

What a template actually gives you

A template communicates a visual direction quickly: a warm, traditional look for an estate planning practice, a sharper, faster-feeling layout for a criminal defense firm, a calm and reassuring one for family law. Looking at a template answers the question "roughly what would this feel like" before a single word of your own copy has been written.

What changes before a template becomes your site

Every page is rewritten for your practice areas and structured around your actual attorneys, offices and consultation terms. A template built around three practice areas becomes a page for each of your ten if that is what your firm handles. Nothing from the template's placeholder text or stock structure ships as-is.

Choosing a starting point without overthinking it

A template choice is reversible in a way a finished site is not. If a direction feels wrong once your own content is in it, that is a normal revision, not a redo of the whole engagement. It is usually faster to react to a real starting point than to describe a design from a blank page on a call.

What to do if no template fits yet

When the template library is still growing, the fastest way to see what your firm's site would look like is a live demo: we walk through a build for a firm in your practice area, on your screen, in your colors, and adjust it from there. That conversation replaces choosing from a gallery with seeing the real thing.

Included

What is included

  • The site itself. Home, one page per practice area, attorney bios with admissions, office pages, about, contact and a consultation request form, all custom coded and written for your firm.
  • Fee and retainer estimator. An illustrative figure for a flat-fee matter, an hourly engagement at your published rate, or a retainer arrangement. Labeled as not a quote and not legal advice.
  • A free domain, in your name. One domain free for as long as the plan is active, registered in your firm's name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship. Already have one? We point it instead. Either way it stays yours.
  • Hosting, never an extra. Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, included in the monthly fee. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no bandwidth overage.
  • Intake CRM connection. Consultation requests and fee estimates delivered into any CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with practice area and matter type attached.
  • A client portal, from day one. An account the day the site goes live. Request revisions, raise support tickets, send files and message the team. 5 revisions a month, each completed in 2 to 5 working days.

Not included

What is not included

  • Legal advice or legal review of your content. We are a website company, not a law firm; the firm approves what it publishes.
  • Case results, testimonials or ratings we have not been given. We never write or invent them.
  • Paid advertising management. We make the landing pages fast and relevant; running the ads is not part of the plans.
  • AI usage and carrier fees on Chambers, which are passed through at cost, billed monthly in arrears.
  • Revisions beyond 5 a month, which are a flat $20 each. Weekly detail updates never count against them.
  • A page builder or admin login for the firm. Changes are requested, not edited.

In the firm's words

What firms say about their law firm website templates

  • What I value about the consultation preparation guide is its restraint. People come to the first call prepared, and nobody has been asked to upload anything premature. The link now goes out with our reply to every new inquiry.

  • We knew the consultation preparation document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. The content is the same material, reorganized into headed sections that work on any screen. Nothing was taken away from the people who like paper.

Questions about law firm website templates

Will my site actually look like the template I pick?

It will carry the same design direction: layout style, palette approach and overall feel. The content, page count and structure are rebuilt around your firm, so the finished site is not identical to the template.

Can I ask for a completely custom look instead of a template?

Yes. Templates are a starting point for firms who want one; you can also start from a live demo built around your practice area and adjust from there instead.

How many practice area pages do templates assume?

None fixed. Whatever the template shows, your finished site carries one page for every matter type your firm actually handles, agreed on the onboarding call.

What if the template library does not have a design for my practice area yet?

Book a demo and we walk through the closest build on your screen and adjust it to your practice areas directly, rather than waiting for a specific template.

Are the templates free?

Templates are starting points for sites on our plans, from $137 a month. They are not sold or downloaded separately.

Will other firms have the same template?

They may share a starting direction, but every site is written for its firm, with its own practice areas, attorneys, colors and content, so no two read alike.

Can we switch templates after launch?

A change of direction is handled as revisions, so it does not mean starting again.

Where can I see the templates?

On the templates page. As more designs are published they appear there, and a demo shows a direction with your own practice areas.
