- The first month is charged, and nothing elseYou pay the first month of the plan you pick by card, through Stripe's secure checkout, and the plan then renews monthly. That is the whole payment. While the waiver is on, the $797 build fee is not charged at checkout or raised at launch.
- You fill in the onboarding formAbout 15 minutes: practice areas, attorneys and admissions, offices, consultation terms and where consultation requests need to land. Anything missing can follow later without holding up the build.
- One onboarding callWe go through your answers, fill the gaps, agree the tone for the practice area pages and set the launch date. That call is the entire brief.

About the deadline
What we will not doto hurry you
The waiver is genuinely limited and it will end. What it will not have is a clock on this page that resets when you reload it, a counter of firms who ordered this morning, or a price that quietly reappears after you have started filling in a form.
What you get instead is a date. The waiver applies to orders placed up to and including Thursday 31 December 2026, and the fee printed on this page is the fee you are charged. When it ends, this page will say $797 again rather than pretending it never did.
The other dated offer on this site is the Black Friday window, which runs 24 to 30 November 2026 and carries the same waiver with money off the monthly fee on top. It has not opened yet.

Nine questions about ordering
What exactly is waived?
The one-time build fee, normally $797, which is the charge for designing, writing and building the site. It is not raised at launch on any order placed up to and including 31 December 2026. The monthly plan fee is unchanged and is the only thing you pay.
Is the monthly price discounted too?
No. Plans stay at $137, $297 and $747 a month. The build fee is the part that is waived, which is why the saving arrives in one piece rather than being spread thinly across a year.
When am I charged, and how much?
On the day you order. Pressing a plan button opens Stripe's secure checkout, where you pay the first month of that plan by card, and the plan then renews monthly on the same date. For Counsel that is $137. Only the monthly plan is charged: the build fee is not part of checkout and is not invoiced at launch while the waiver is on.
What if the firm does not like the site?
The site is not published until the firm has approved it, and revisions during the build are part of the process rather than an extra. If it is still not right, the refund policy sets out where you stand and it is linked from this page.
How long does the build take?
7 days on Counsel, 10 on Chambers and 15 on Firmwide, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order, because the build cannot start before we know what the firm practises.
Can I change plan after ordering?
Yes, up or down, from the client portal. Moving up mid-build is common once a firm sees the practice area pages filling out. The build fee stays waived either way.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
It is a monthly plan with 30 days notice. There is no minimum term and no early exit fee. The domain is registered in the firm name so nothing is held back if you leave.
Does this offer stack with the Black Friday offer?
The Black Friday offer includes this waiver and adds 30 percent off the monthly fee for the first 3 months, and it runs 24 to 30 November 2026. You do not need both: take whichever is open when you order.
