multi-location law firm websites

Multi-location law firmwebsites need a page for everyoffice, not one address in the footer

Multi-location law firm websites earn local search visibility only when each office has its own page. A firm with three offices and one contact page is competing for local searches in one place while its other two offices have no page a search engine can rank for a nearby search.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch

Who this is for

Is this the right page for your firm?

This is for firms with more than one office, or one office serving several counties, often across state lines, from New York, Illinois and Georgia to Ohio and Pennsylvania. It explains how each location gets its own page without the site turning into a set of copies.

Why one contact page is not enough

A person searching "family lawyer near me" from a specific city expects to find a page about that office, not a firm-wide contact page listing three addresses. Search engines work the same way: a page dedicated to one office and its local details can rank for searches near that office in a way a single shared contact page cannot.

What each office page carries

Address, parking and directions, hours, the attorneys who sit at that location, and the practice areas handled from that office. Where useful, we add courthouse or county-specific process details for that location, in general terms the firm supplies and approves, so the page is genuinely useful to someone in that area rather than a copy of the homepage with a different address.

Keeping Google Business Profile and the website in agreement

Location pages and a Google Business Profile reinforce each other only when the name, address, phone number and hours match exactly across both. We write each office page to match its profile, and a change to hours or a holiday closure is handled as a normal weekly detail update to both, not just one or the other.

Attorneys who work across offices

An attorney who splits time between two offices is listed on both office pages and linked to one bio page, so a searcher near either office finds them, and the firm is not maintaining duplicate bios that can drift out of sync with each other over time.

Deliverables

What you get

Included

What is included

  • The site itself. Home, one page per practice area, attorney bios with admissions, office pages, about, contact and a consultation request form, all custom coded and written for your firm.
  • Fee and retainer estimator. An illustrative figure for a flat-fee matter, an hourly engagement at your published rate, or a retainer arrangement. Labeled as not a quote and not legal advice.
  • A free domain, in your name. One domain free for as long as the plan is active, registered in your firm's name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship. Already have one? We point it instead. Either way it stays yours.
  • Hosting, never an extra. Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, included in the monthly fee. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no bandwidth overage.
  • Intake CRM connection. Consultation requests and fee estimates delivered into any CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with practice area and matter type attached.
  • A client portal, from day one. An account the day the site goes live. Request revisions, raise support tickets, send files and message the team. 5 revisions a month, each completed in 2 to 5 working days.

Not included

What is not included

  • Legal advice or legal review of your content. We are a website company, not a law firm; the firm approves what it publishes.
  • Case results, testimonials or ratings we have not been given. We never write or invent them.
  • Paid advertising management. We make the landing pages fast and relevant; running the ads is not part of the plans.
  • AI usage and carrier fees on Chambers, which are passed through at cost, billed monthly in arrears.
  • Revisions beyond 5 a month, which are a flat $20 each. Weekly detail updates never count against them.
  • A page builder or admin login for the firm. Changes are requested, not edited.

Cost and timeline

What it costs, how long it takes, and what drives the price

The price depends on which plan you choose, not on how many pages or hours the build takes. Every plan carries the same $797 build fee, invoiced only after launch.

In the firm's words

What firms say about their multi-location law firm websites

  • The consultation preparation page used to describe everything and route nothing. Inquiries arrive at the right office already labeled, no internal relay required. The 'let me transfer you' routine has almost disappeared.

  • We asked about the bad day, not the good one: a failed consultation preparation submission. There is now a visible backup route, honest error wording, and a test that proves mail arrives. Hoping the form never breaks is no longer the strategy.

Questions about multi-location law firm websites

Do I need a separate page for every office, even a small satellite location?

Generally yes, even a smaller office benefits from its own page if a searcher near it is looking for a firm, since that page is what can rank for that local search.

Can one attorney appear on more than one office page?

Yes. An attorney who serves multiple offices is listed on each relevant office page and linked to a single bio page, rather than duplicated as separate profiles.

Does managing multiple Google Business Profiles cost extra?

Managing your Google Business Profile is part of the Firmwide plan. On other plans, we keep office page details in sync with whatever profile information you provide.

What happens when a firm opens a new office after launch?

Adding a new office page is a normal revision. Send the office details through your client portal and it is built and published within the usual turnaround.

Can a multi-state firm show different disclaimers by state?

Yes. Where a state bar requires specific wording, we use it on the pages for that state, exactly as you give it to us.

Can consultation requests be routed to the right office?

Yes. Each request arrives in your intake CRM with the office and practice area attached, so your routing rules can send it to the right team.

Does the AI receptionist know which office to book?

On Chambers and Firmwide it asks where the caller is and what the matter concerns, then books into the calendar you connect for that office.

Is there an extra fee per office?

No per-office fee is listed on the plans. Adding an office page is a normal revision, with 5 included each month.
